DETAILS OF ANNUAL RESULTS WEBCAST

NZX listed industrial property landlord Property For Industry Limited (PFI) advises that it will release its annual results
for the year ended 31 December 2016 to the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) on Monday, 13 February 2017.

The PFI management team will present the results via live webcast from 11.00 am NZT on that day. To view and
listen to the webcast, please visit http://edge.media-server.com/m/p/cztizxmi.

We recommend you log on a few minutes before the start time, and if you cannot attend the live webcast, a recording
will be available to view on PFI’s website shortly after the conclusion of the live event.
