Retirement of Portfolio Manager

Fisher Funds Management announced today that Roger Garrett, the Senior Portfolio Manager for
Marlin Global Limited (MLN) will be retiring in coming months, having managed the Marlin Global
portfolio and other international share funds on behalf of Fisher Funds’ clients for more than four
years.

Ashley Gardyne, Senior Investment Analyst in the Fisher Funds international team, has been
appointed to the role of Senior Portfolio Manager for Marlin Global, effective 01 January
2017. Ashley is supported by Senior Investment Analyst, Chris Waters, and Roger will provide
continuity and analytical support until a new senior investment analyst is appointed. /ends
