Antipodes Gold Changes Share Registrars

AUCKLAND New Zealand - Antipodes Gold Limited (TSXV and NZAX: AXG, or the
“Company") advises that it has changed its New Zealand share registrar as of today.


Change of Share Registry Notification

The Company wishes to advise the market that it has changed its New Zealand share registry.
With effect from 13 February 2017, responsibility for AXG’s New Zealand share register will
transfer to Link Market Services Limited. The new share registry contact details are provided
