Wellington Drive Technologies Limited (NZX : WDT) advises:
The Annual meeting of Shareholders of the Company will be held on Friday 21 April 2017 at
21 Arrenway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland, commencing at 3 p.m. Formal notice of meeting
will be sent to shareholders in March; and
The period for Director nominations will open on 23 February 2017 and will close at 4 pm on
31 March 2017.
