Further to the announcement ‘Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited, Target Company Statement’,
made by Antipodes Gold Limited (“AXG”) on Friday 23 December 2016.
NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that AXG is undertaking a consolidation of the existing
ordinary shares (“AXG”) on issue, as a result of the Offer being declared unconditional.
Under the consolidation every 10 shares held on the Record Date will be consolidated into 1
share.
A timetable of events is detailed below:
