DETERMINATION OF NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Following the appointment of Mr Kian Seng Tan to the CDI Board with effect from 28 February
2017, the Board has determined in accordance with NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.3(b) that Mr Tan is not an
Independent Director.
As at the date of this announcement the CDI Board has advised that Messrs Roy Austin
and John Henderson are Independent Directors of the Company. Messrs HR Wong,
BK Chiu, and Vincent Yeo are not Independent Directors.
