Rectification of Notice to NZX Limited – Listing Rule 7.12.1
Marlin Global Limited wishes to advise that the notice announced to the NZX on Monday 27 March
under Listing Rule 7.12.1 relating to Marlin Global Limited securities acquired on market by Marlin
Global Limited under the buy-back programme was in error. Marlin Global Limited did not acquire
20,000 Marlin Global Limited securities on 24 March 2017. The error arose due to the broker issuing
a contract note to the wrong account.
The correct total number of Marlin Global Limited securities is 117,901,494 (excluding treasury stock
of nil).
