MATURING BONDS: INFRATIL INFRASTRUCTURE BONDS MATURING 15 JUNE 2017 (SERIES IFT160)
Infratil advises that the Infrastructure Bonds series IFT060 will be redeemed for cash on the due date.
Principal will be repaid to you in the same way as interest has been paid. Please contact Link Market
Services on +64 9 375 5998 if you wish to change this.
Infratil Limited’s preferred method of payment of your principal and final interest is by way of direct credit to
a nominated New Zealand account. If you have not provided our registry (Link Market Services) with a
current bank account for your bondholding, please complete the enclosed Request for Direct Credit form
and return it in the reply-paid envelope provided. Alternatively, you can update your bank account details
online at investorcentre.linkmarketservices.co.nz. You will require your CSN/Holder number and
Authorisation Code (FIN).
Infratil is considering opening a new bond issue to enable investors to re-invest their funds. Infratil will
make a further announcement closer to the maturity of the June 2017 bonds.
