FY2018 EBITDAF guidance lifted to $515 million
18 October 2017 –

Mercury announced today that it has lifted its FY2018 EBITDAF guidance from $500 million to $515 million.

This is due to an expected 250 GWh increase in full year forecast hydro generation due to the recent wet weather in the Taupo

area. Annual hydro generation is now forecast to be 4,400 GWh for the financial year, or 400 GWh above average.

Ordinary dividend and capital expenditure guidance remain unchanged.

Guidance may change and remains subject to any material events, significant one-off expenses or other unforeseeable

circumstances including changes in hydrological conditions.
