Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited advises that its annual meeting will be held on Wednesday 13
December 2017 at Rydges Latimer, 30 Latimer Square, Christchurch.
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the company advises that the opening date for director
nominations will be Friday, 27 October 2017, and the closing date for director nominations will be
5.00pm on Monday, 13 November 2017.
Only persons, who meet the requirements set out in the constitution of the company, and the
Companies Act 1993, are eligible to become directors of Hallenstein Glasson Holdings.

Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting
