Chorus is pleased to advise that all resolutions were passed by poll at its annual
shareholders’ meeting held today in Wellington. The resolutions were:

Resolution 3 That Mr Jack Matthews be elected as a
Chorus director.

As previously advised, Keith Turner retired as a Chorus director at today’s meeting.

The Chorus Board has determined that Chorus’ directors, except Kate McKenzie, are
independent directors.
