Appointment of Carol Chen as an Alternate Director
The Board of Scales Corporation Limited is pleased to advise the appointment of Carol Chen as an
alternate director to Weiyong Wang.
Ms Chen is the Investment Director of the Corporate Development Department at China Resources
Enterprise, Limited, with responsibility for M&A initiation and execution in the Asia Pacific region. Ms
Chen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from RMIT University, Melbourne.
This appointment ensures that China Resources Ng Fung Limited will continue to be represented at
the maximum number of Scales’ Board meetings and will assist with the further development of
opportunities in China.
