New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd – Annual Shareholders’ Meeting Results


At the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd (NZX and

ASX:NZK) held on 7 November 2017, shareholders approved the following resolutions set out in the

Notice of Meeting dated 16 October 2017.


Resolutions

1. The Board was authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration

2. Paul Steere was re-elected as a director

3. Jack Porus was re-elected as a director

4. Xin Wang was re-elected as a director

5. The maximum total pool of directors’ remuneration was increased by $65,000 per annum to

$465,000 per annum, to be divided amongst directors as determined by the Board
