APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited is
pleased to announce the appointment of Liza McNally to the newly created role of
Chief Marketing Officer for the SKYCITY Entertainment Group effective from 22
January 2018.

Ms McNally has over 20 years’ experience in marketing significant brands in both
New Zealand and Australia, with an emphasis on the media and entertainment
industry. She is currently Chief Marketing Officer for NZME (New Zealand Media &
Entertainment), where she was responsible for the successful launch and rollout of
the NZME brand, the marketing management of over 30 digital, radio and publishing
brands within the NZME portfolio and managing the ongoing brand evolution of
NZME after the merger of APN News & Media with The Radio Network.

Prior to joining NZME in August 2014, Ms McNally worked with Spark where she
managed the retail media strategy through the transition from Telecom to Spark,
held various senior roles at Nationwide News and News Corp Australia and ran her
own consulting firm in Sydney, Australia.
