Datagate Innovation Share Issue – Closed and Oversubscribed

Datagate Innovation Rights Share Issue
An additional 455,805 shares ($683,710) in Datagate Innovation Limited have been issued for $1.50 per share.
This rights issue was oversubscribed (Datagate intended to raise $500,000) even though Enprise did not
participate in this issue.
The total number of shares on issue is now 4,346,780. Enprise Group Limited’s share of Datagate Innovation
Limited has now been reduced to 39.30%.
