Vista Group Share Split Completed
Vista Group International Limited (VGL) can confirm that the share split previously announced to
the markets on 10 November 2017 has been completed. Every one share held on 24 November
2017 was split in to two shares.
As a result of the share split, the number of shares on issue in VGL are now:
- Total ordinary shares 164,756,926
Shareholders will receive a statement from VGL’s share registrar, Link Market Services, within the
next few days notifying them of their new shareholding.
