TLL: CHANGE OF NAME, NZX TICKER CODE AND WEBSITE

TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX:TLL) advises that, following completion of its acquisition of the
transport and logistics business of Transport Investments Limited and related transactions
yesterday, the change of its name and NZX ticker code from Bethunes Investments Limited
(NZX:BIL) to TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX:TLL) has become effective.

TLL further advises that the company’s website is now www.til.kiwi. Documents in relation to the
completed acquisition, which were previously available on www.bethunesinvestments.com, can
now be found under the ‘Investor Centre’ tab on www.til.kiwi.
