Director Nomination Period and Annual Meeting Update

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) wishes to advise the following:

 the closing date for director nominations is 17 January 2018 and all nominations
must be received by Gentrack Group Limited before or on that date (NZT); and

 the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 28 February
2018 at 4pm (NZT) at the Link Market Services office at Level 11, Deloitte
Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
