Settlement of The Majestic Centre
Kiwi Property advises that the $123.2 million sale of The Majestic Centre, Wellington, to
Investec Property Limited, as the responsible entity for Investec Australia Property Fund,
announced to the market on 14 November 2017, settled today.
As previously advised, Kiwi Property will continue to manage the building for Investec.
