EBOS GROUP EXECUTIVE CHANGES

The Board of EBOS Group advises that our Chief Executive Officer, Mr Patrick Davies will
step down to be replaced by Mr John Cullity, currently Chief Financial Officer of the Group.

EBOS Chairman Mark Waller said that succession planning has always been important
within EBOS and the Board is delighted that Mr Cullity will take over the Group CEO role
from 31 March 2018.

“We respect Patrick’s decision to step back from his current role and we appreciate his
flexibility around timing and in ensuring that EBOS’ progress continues unabated.
Patrick has agreed to continue in a contract role with our Group to assist with new and
emerging opportunities.

John is an outstanding candidate with a proven track record and he moves into the Group
CEO role with the full support of the Board and his senior colleagues.

We very much look forward to working with John to take the Group into the next phase of
growth under his leadership.

On behalf of the Board I would like to express our gratitude to Patrick for what he has
achieved both for EBOS and previously with Symbion during his 25 year career. The Group
has expanded substantially under Patrick’s leadership and is very well positioned to
continue this growth.”
