DETAILS OF ANNUAL RESULTS WEBCAST

NZX listed industrial property landlord Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that it will release its
annual results for the year ended 31 December 2017 to the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) on
Monday, 12 February 2018.

The PFI management team will present the results via live webcast from 10.30 am NZT on that day. To

We recommend you log on a few minutes before the start time, and if you cannot attend the live webcast,
a recording will be available to view on PFI’s website shortly after the conclusion of the live event.
