Resignation of Simon Lipscombe.
Simon Lipscombe has resigned from his position as CEO of Green Cross Health’s community
health division. Simon has accepted the position of Managing Director of Compass Group (New
Zealand) Limited. Compass Group (New Zealand) Limited is wholly owned by Compass Group
PLC, the world’s leading food services and support services company
Simon joined Green Cross Health in October 2015. He has been instrumental in successfully
growing Green Cross’s community health business whilst improving client service and enhancing
business efficiency. The board and management at Green Cross Health are extremely grateful
for his guidance and leadership particularly with the significant changes the community health
sector has experienced over that time.
He will transition out of the role during the next six months, ensuring continuity for the
business.
