GRANT MCBEATH APPOINTED AS INTERIM CEO OF SPARK HMB

Spark announced in December 2017 that Jason Paris, CEO of Spark’s Home, Mobile and Business
division, would leave the business in 2018 to take up an appointment with a global company
offshore.

Today, Grant McBeath has been appointed as interim CEO. Grant McBeath is currently the General
Manager of Customer Channels for HMB and has been at Spark for 5 years.
