Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the instructions to this
form: Eoin Malcolm Miller Johnson is a trustee and a beneficiary of the Aratas Investment
Trust. The movement of 1% occurred as a result of a number of actions taken since the last
notice. It was only the last action that caused the movement to exceed 1% of the issued capital.
In December 2016 the Aratas Investment Trust took up its entitlement to 4,051,847 shares as
part of a 1 for 10 cash issue to all shareholders, and a further 368,754 shares by way of an
oversubscription to that issue. On market purchases between 17 June 2016 and4 December
2017 by Mr. Johnson in his own name resulted in the addition of 4,335,926 shares. In January
2018 Mr. Johnson, in his own name, was allotted 7,500,000 shares as a result of participating
in a placement of shares by the company.
