(NZX/ASX: GTK) Gentrack Group Limited (Gentrack) announces the
appointment of Tim Bluett as Chief Financial Officer

Gentrack is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Bluett as CFO, commencing
in April 2018.

Tim is currently Deputy CFO at The Warehouse Group and was previously CFO for
Serko Ltd and for Telecom NZ Retail. He has over 25 years of international experience
in the technology and telecommunications industries and has led significant growth and
change initiatives as well as M&A activities.

We welcome Tim to Gentrack and look forward to benefitting from his extensive skills
and experience.
