19 February 2018 – Rubicon announced today it had sent its notice of meeting to shareholders for its
upcoming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

In addition, in order to align its balance date with that of its 100% owned subsidiary, ArborGen LLC,
Rubicon also confirmed that it had changed its balance date to 31 March, with its first new fiscal period
ending on 31 March 2018.
