Hearing dates confirmed for merger appeal


AUCKLAND, 2 March 2018: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) advises that
the Court of Appeal has today confirmed the dates for the appeal of the High Court decision
regarding NZME’s proposed merger with Stuff Limited (previously Fairfax New Zealand
Limited). The appeal will be heard in the Court of Appeal over four days from Tuesday 5 June
to Friday 8 June 2018. The parties expect a judgment will be delivered during the second half
of calendar year 2018.
