Following the announcement of the resignation of Mr. Mike Bennetts this morning, Refining NZ
announces that it is in the process of appointing Mr. Lindis Jones as his replacement on the Board. Mr.
Jones is the General Manager for Corporate at Z Energy.
It is expected that this process will be completed over the weekend, with the appointment being
effective on Monday, 19 March 2018.
