DEALER LOYALTY SHARE SCHEME
29 March 2018
Company Announcement
DEALER LOYALTY SHARE SCHEME
Turners Automotive Group is issuing shares as part of a dealer loyalty share scheme to
reward its largest and most loyal referrers of finance and insurance customers.
Both Oxford Finance and Autosure Insurance work with the dealer and broker channel to
refer customers when they are in the process of purchasing a vehicle. The dealer share
scheme enables Oxford Finance and Autosure Insurance to reward loyalty and commitment
from the dealer network.
“We believe incentives like the dealer share scheme create a strong sense of ownership
from the dealer channel and aligns our objectives. It is also a very unique offer from a
competitive position” said Chief Executive Officer Todd Hunter.
The scheme measures a dealer’s performance over a 6 month period based on the value of
loans written and the value of insurance policies sold along with achieving some
performance hurdles will receive $10 in TRA shares for every $1,000 in insurance policies
sold or every $5,000 in loans sold.
30,914 shares have been issued recognising the business referred from July 1 2017 to Dec
31 2017.
