CONFIRMATION OF SETTLEMENT OF 17 PRINT PLACE, CHRISTCHURCH
Further to the announcement on 19 December 2017, NPT is pleased to confirm that settlement of the
sale of 17 Print Place, Christchurch occurred on 29 March 2018. Of the $8.25 million sale price, $8.0
million has been applied towards debt repayment.
The settlement date for the sale of the AA Centre at 99 Albert Street, Central Auckland has not
changed and is expected to be on 13 July 2018.
