Serko Expands North American Presence with Senior Management Appointment

Serko Ltd. (NZX:SKO), today announced its further expansion of its North American
operations with the appointment of Tony D’Astolfo to the position of Senior Vice President,
NORAM.

D’Astolfo has 30 years of experience in the travel industry including Vice President Sales at
GetThere, Chief Commercial Officer at Deem and Managing Director at Phocuswright.

His successful track record in the corporate travel technology space, including growing
customer bases in start-up scenarios will significantly aid Serko in its expansion plans.
