Genesis Energy Limited (GNE): General Counsel and Company Secretary
appointed

Genesis Energy announces the appointment of Matthew Osborne to the role of General Counsel and
Company Secretary, reporting to Dean Schmidt, Executive General Manager Corporate Affairs and
Transformation.

Osborne joins Genesis most recently from Orion Health. He has extensive international experience
with Vodafone executing business strategy and providing specialist risk management and legal
guidance in a variety of markets.

This position was previously held by Cherie Lawrence.

Osborne commences on 3 May and Executive General Manger, Dean Schmidt, will act as Company
Secretary until that date.
