COMPLETION OF BUSINESS ACQUISITION – ALVEY GROUP

The Board of Directors of Scott Technology Limited is pleased to announce that the agreement to
purchase the business of the Alvey Group in Europe, which was advised to the New Zealand Stock
Exchange on 21 February 2018, is now unconditional and settlement completed.
