DIRECTOR RETIREMENT – MARK WALLER
Scott Technology Limited advises that Mr Mark Waller has retired from the Board of Scott Technology
Limited, effective 30 April 2018.
Mr Waller was appointed a Director at the time he was CEO for EBOS Ltd and sharing his experience
has been very beneficial. Mr Waller’s retirement as a Director of Scott Technology follows his
retirement as CEO of EBOS Ltd.
Mr Waller waited to see through recent acquisitions and the transition brought about by the
introduction of a major shareholder following the successful capital raising in 2016.
The Board sincerely thanks Mr Waller for the contribution that he has made over the last 14 years
which has coincided with a period of great change and transformation for the Company.
