T&G GLOBAL COMPLETES PART ONE
OF SALE OF KIWIFRUIT ASSETS
Further to the announcement dated 20 April 2018, T&G Global Limited ("T&G") advises that
Part One of the sale of its Kerikeri-based Kiwifruit assets was completed yesterday, 30 April
2018. Phase One encompasses the sale of the post-harvest facilities.
The transaction is no longer subject to Overseas Investment Office, and therefore the
remaining steps in the sale will proceed as previously announced.
