CANCELLATION OF UNLISTED OPTIONS
Turners Automotive Group Limited advise that the number of unlisted share options in the company has
reduced by 500,000 unlisted share options to 2,202,692 unlisted share options with varying exercise
prices, as a consequence of cessation of an executive’s employment and cancellation of unallocated
options.
