Central Park Sale Now Unconditional

Further to the announcement of 16 November 2017, Goodman (NZ) Limited as
manager of Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce that the sale of Central
Park Corporate Centre is now unconditional.
Overseas Investment Office approval has been granted to the purchaser and the sale is
due to settle on 29 June 2018.
