2018 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations
11 June 2018 EROAD Limited will hold its Annual Meeting at North Lounge, QBE Stadium, Stadium
Drive, Albany on Thursday 2 August 2018. The time and other details relating to the meeting will be
advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the closing date for director nominations is Tuesday 26 June
2018. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date. Nominations may be made only
by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
