Appointment of new CEO for Kiwi Property


Kiwi Property Group Limited is pleased to advise that Clive Mackenzie has been appointed as
Chief Executive Officer of Kiwi Property Group, effective 16 July 2018.
Mr Mackenzie has extensive experience in retail and mixed-use property development in
New Zealand and the United States. Since 2011, Mr Mackenzie has held senior roles for
Westfield USA, most recently as Senior Vice President – Development East Coast and Regional
Leader East Coast. Prior to this, he was General Manager Development for Westfield
New Zealand.
Chair Mark Ford said, “the Board and I congratulate Mr Mackenzie on his appointment and
look forward to working with him on the creation and implementation of transformational
strategies to evolve and strengthen Kiwi Property Group and to lead the Group into a new
phase of growth and opportunity.”
Mr Ford recognised outgoing Chief Executive, Chris Gudgeon’s, significant contribution to the
business saying, “Chris Gudgeon has led the business since 2008. Under Chris’ leadership we
have both significantly improved the quality of our investment portfolio and positioned it for
future performance.” Chris' last day as Chief Executive will be Friday, 13 July.
