Mint Asset Management Limited) purchased an aggregate of 908,985 ordinary shares in
Summerset Group Holdings Limited on-market for aggregate consideration of $5,308,529.
Between 15 December 2017 and 7 June 2018, NZSF (through its internal equities portfolio
and account managed by Mint Asset Management Limited) sold an aggregate of 958,289
ordinary shares in Summerset Group Holdings Limited on-market for aggregate

consideration of $6,472,649. On 22 March 2018, NZSF (through its accounts managed by
State Street Global Advisors and Mint Asset Management Limited) received an aggregate of
9,944 ordinary shares in Summerset Group Holdings Limited for aggregate consideration of
$65,780 through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
