Following the announcement made by Works Finance (NZ) Limited (“WKS”) on 15 June 2018,
NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the dividend rate payable on WKS Preference Shares
(“WKSHA”) has been reset to 6.15% per annum with effect from Friday, 15 June 2018.
The dividend rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open Monday, 18
June 2018.
