Further to the announcement released by Genesis Energy Limited (“GNE”) on Tuesday, 26
June 2018, NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, GNE will exercise its right to fully redeem its
unsecured, subordinated capital bonds (“GPLFA”).
The final quotation date for GPLFA will be Monday, 16 July 2018.
A timetable of events is detailed below:

Redemption date Monday, 16 July 2018*
*The redemption will occur in accordance with the trust deed for the GPLFA Bonds on the first reset date, 15 July
2018. As 15 July 2018 is a Sunday, the redemption proceeds for the GPLFA Bonds will be paid on Monday 16 July
2018.
