OF SALE OF KIWIFRUIT ASSETS
Further to the announcement dated 1 May 2018, T&G Global Limited ("T&G") advises that
Part Two of the sale of its Kerikeri-based Kiwifruit assets was completed today, 29 June
2018. Phase Two encompasses the sale of three kiwifruit orchards.
The remaining steps in the sale will proceed as previously announced.
