DEPARTURE OF E-CO PRODUCTS GROUP CEO

Vector has announced that Bruce Gordon, the CEO of the Vector-owned E-Co Products Group,
has departed as at the end of June 2018.

The E-Co Products Group includes brands such as HRV, Energy Efficient Solutions (EES),
HVAC Hero and HRV Solar.

Vector Group Chief Executive, Simon Mackenzie, said, “Bruce had stayed on as the CEO for the
E-Co Products Group business, as part of its acquisition by Vector in early 2017, and is now
departing to pursue other opportunities.

“A recruitment process to find the best person to lead the next growth phase of E-Co Products
Group is well underway, and an announcement will be made in due course.”
