DATE AND LOCATION OF 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Westpac Banking Corporation will hold its 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday,
12 December 2018.
The AGM will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road,
Perth commencing at 10:00 am (Perth time). Shareholder registration will open at 9:00 am
(Perth time).
The AGM will be webcast live on our website at www.westpac.com.au/investorcentre for
shareholders not able to attend.
Further details regarding the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting, which will be sent
to shareholders in November 2018 and will also be available on the ASX Market
Announcements Platform and the Westpac website (www.westpac.com.au/investorcentre).
