Voting Rights In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules (‘the DTRs’), we would like to notify the market of
the following:

The capital of Henderson Far East Income Limited (the “Company”), as
at 30 June 2018, consisted of 122,753,564 Ordinary Shares with voting
rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore,
the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 June 2018
was 122,753,564. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the DTRs.

acquisition or disposal of major shareholdings) should be made by
