Serko & Orbit World Travel Sign Agreement to Rollout Zeno


Serko Limited (NZSX:SKO, ASX:SKO, ‘Serko’) and Orbit World Travel (New Zealand’s largest travel
management company) today announced the finalisation of a reseller agreement for Orbit to roll out
Serko’s new travel and expense platform, Zeno.

Darrin Grafton, Serko CEO, commented “This agreement means that Serko has now established
agreements as a preferred online booking tool across all major corporate travel management
companies in Australia and New Zealand."

Orbit World Travel will offer the Zeno platform, which will be branded Orbit Online, to its corporate
customers in New Zealand and the implementation is expected to begin later this year.

This agreement is for a multi-year term. It anticipates a period for customer transition which is
expected to commence in the second half of FY19 and is not expected to have a material impact on
Serko’s revenues during the FY19 financial year.
