We refer to the 1 for 5.77 accelerated pro rata entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer) of
Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) announced to NZX/ASX on 4 July 2018.

Please find attached an updated Appendix 3B in relation to the new shares in GTK to be
issued and quoted on NZX/ASX tomorrow under the institutional component of the
Entitlement Offer.
