Leadership Team Update

Sharon Hollenstein has left Comvita and her role of Chief Innovation Officer.

Sharon has been with Comvita for two and a half years and during this time has advanced Comvita’s innovation processes
and systems to be best practice. Comvita is increasing its focus on growing its Manuka honey and Bee Products business,
and this change is a result of a strategic review conducted by the Board over the last few months.

This Strategy will be presented in more detail with the year end results announcement in August 2018.

Comvita CEO Scott Coulter said “I would personally like to thank Sharon for all her contributions she has made during
her time with the Company and I wish her all the very best with her future endeavours”.
