STU / NZX ANNOUNCEMENT
RESIGNATION OF GENERAL MANAGER INFRASTRUCTURE
Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) advises that Ross Pickworth, General Manager
Infrastructure, has tendered his resignation and will finish with the Company on 31 August 2018.
Ross has been asked to consider a number of company directorships and has decided it is timely for
him to further develop his governance career.
CEO of Steel & Tube, Mark Malpass, said: “Ross has been a valued leader of the company’s
processing and construction related businesses and was actively involved in the turnaround of the
Reinforcing business. We wish Ross well in his future endeavours.”
Following Ross’s resignation and taking into account the earlier decision to exit S&T Plastics, it has
been decided that the role of GM Infrastructure division will not be replaced and instead two
business General Managers will report directly to the CEO. Steve Kubala, National Manager Roll
Forming, has been appointed as GM Roll Forming and recruitment is currently underway for the new
role of GM Reinforcing & Construction.
